Staller Sattel toboggan run – Antholzersee

The crossing between Defereggen valley and Antholzertal valley proceeds through a region which has special sites. There are superb mountain lakes and impressive summits to explore here. The crossing between East Tyrol and South Tyrol extends right up into the forest border and is accessible by car in the summer. In winter the road is set up as a toboggan run, when tobogganers are well catered for. When you get to the Staller Sattel pass crossing, right at the pass an exceptional tobogganing adventure awaits tobogganing specialists, down to Antholzersee, which you can see from the top. In between however there are numerous adventure-packed sharp turns and a short, snow-groomed tunnel. The descent has a great deal of fun and variety in store, covering almost 5 kilometres.
