This website uses the web analytics software Matomo, a service provided by InnoCraft Ltd., 150 Willis Street, 6011 Wellington, New Zealand.
What data do we process?
Matomo is a web analytics service used to collect information about how the website is used. Specifically, the following information may be collected:
IP address
Time and date of the website visit
Technical information such as browser, operating system, or screen resolution
Duration of the visit
Interactions on the website<
Referrer URL
Matomo anonymizes the IP address so that it can no longer be linked to a specific individual. When a visitor accesses our website for the first time, Matomo may generate an identifier to recognize the visitor upon a subsequent visit to the website.
For what purpose do we process the data?
Your IP address is used to determine your approximate location. We use the information obtained from this to measure the relevance of our offerings in different regions. We also use the IP address to determine where website visitors came from. The technical information is processed so that the website can be displayed properly on any device. Interactions, duration, time, and date are collected so that we can use this data to evaluate and optimize our marketing campaigns and offerings. In addition, we can use this data to determine how visitors interact with our website—that is, which content is popular among which visitors. The referrer URL is processed for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness and analyzing various marketing channels. The data can also be used to create and evaluate pseudonymized usage profiles. The information in the pseudonymous visitor profile is not used to personally identify the visitor to this website and is not combined with personal data about the person behind the pseudonym.

Use of Google Maps
We use the “Google Maps” component from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”) on our website. Each time the “Google Maps” component is accessed, Google sets a cookie to process user settings and data when the page on which the “Google Maps” component is integrated is displayed. This cookie is generally not deleted when you close your browser but expires after a certain period of time, unless you delete it manually beforehand. If you do not consent to this processing of your data, you have the option to disable the “Google Maps” service and thereby prevent the transmission of data to Google.
To do so, you must disable JavaScript in your browser. However, please note that in this case, you will not be able to use “Google Maps” at all, or only to a limited extent. The use of “Google Maps” and the information obtained through “Google Maps” is governed by Google’s Terms of Service http://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/terms/regional.html as well as the additional terms and conditions for “Google Maps” https://www.google.com/intl/de_de/help/terms_maps.html.
Use of the AddThis Plugin
Our website uses so-called social plugins (“plugins”) from the bookmarking service AddThis, which is operated by AddThis LLC, Inc., 8000 Westpark Drive, Suite 625, McLean, VA 2210, USA (“AddThis”). The plugins are usually identified by an AddThis logo, such as a white plus sign on an orange background. You can find an overview of the AddThis plugins and their appearance here: www.addthis.com/get/sharing. When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to AddThis’s servers. The plugin’s content is transmitted directly from AddThis to your browser and integrated into the page. Through this integration, AddThis receives the information that your browser has accessed the corresponding page of our website and stores a cookie on your device to identify your browser. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from your browser to an AddThis server in the United States and stored there.
AddThis uses the data to create anonymized user profiles, which serve as the basis for personalized and interest-based advertising targeted at visitors to websites with AddThis plugins. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection, as well as the further processing and use of the data by AddThis, please refer to AddThis’s privacy policy: www.addthis.com/privacy/privacy-policy. If you wish to object to data collection by AddThis in the future, you can set a so-called opt-out cookie, which you can download at the following link: www.addthis.com/privacy/opt-out. You can also completely prevent the AddThis plugins from loading by using browser add-ons, such as the script blocker “NoScript” (http://noscript.net/).
Use of AdServer
“The TVB Osttirol website uses products (AdServer, DSP, DMP) from adform A/S to display targeted advertising. For this purpose, certain data (device type, geographic origin, pages visited) is collected and analyzed from users interested in topics on our website or in our advertising campaigns. The associated IDs are assigned in anonymized form to specific topic areas (e.g., City & Culture, Hiking & Alps). We can no longer link this data to individual visitors to our websites.
As part of an agreement pursuant to Art. 26 of the GDPR, we cooperate with Österreich Werbung to strengthen Austria as a tourism destination and support the Austrian tourism and leisure industry. The data from our website visitors and campaign participants is therefore incorporated in anonymized form into a shared database that does not allow for attribution to individual visitors to our website.
We use the anonymized and thematically grouped IDs to deliver topic-based online advertising to prospective customers whom we have identified through our own advertising campaigns, in the shared database, or in adform’s global database. The collected data is also used by other adform customers to expand their own customer base.
If you would like to delete your personal data controlled by adform regarding the cookie ID of the adform advertising platform, click here (https://site.adform.com/privacy-center/platform-privacy/right-to-be-forgotten/)
If you wish to prevent this analysis of your visitor behavior, please click here (https://site.adform.com/privacy-policy-opt-out/).
Use of Google Inc.’s Remarketing or “Similar Audiences” Feature
The provider uses the remarketing or “Similar Audiences” feature of Google Inc. (“Google”) on the website. This feature allows the provider to target website visitors with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-based ads to visitors of the provider’s website when they visit other websites in the Google Display Network. To analyze website usage—which forms the basis for creating interest-based advertisements—Google uses so-called cookies. To do this, Google stores a small file containing a sequence of numbers in the browsers of website visitors. This number is used to track visits to the website as well as anonymized data regarding website usage. No personal data of website visitors is stored.
If you subsequently visit another website on the Google Display Network, you will be shown ads that are highly likely to reflect the product and information categories you previously viewed. You can permanently disable the use of cookies by Google by following the link below and downloading and installing the plug-in provided there: https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin. Alternatively, you can disable the use of cookies by third-party providers by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative’s opt-out page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/ and following the opt-out instructions provided there. For more information on Google Remarketing and Google’s Privacy Policy, please visit: http://www.google.com/privacy/ads/.
Use of Google AdWords Conversion Tracking
This website also uses Google Conversion Tracking. Google Conversion Tracking is an analytics service provided by Google Inc. (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA; “Google”). When you click on an ad placed by Google, a conversion tracking cookie is stored on your computer. These cookies expire after 30 days, do not contain any personal data, and therefore cannot be used to identify you personally. If you visit certain pages on our website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that you clicked on the ad and were redirected to that page. Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie.
Consequently, it is not possible to track cookies across the websites of AdWords customers. The information collected via the conversion cookie is used to generate conversion statistics for AdWords customers who have opted in to conversion tracking. This allows customers to see the total number of users who clicked on their ad and were redirected to a page tagged with a conversion tracking tag. However, they do not receive any information that can be used to personally identify users. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can opt out by preventing the installation of cookies through the appropriate settings in your browser software (disable option). You will then not be included in the conversion tracking statistics. For more information and Google’s Privacy Policy, please visit: http://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/, http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
Web Push Notifications from PushPanda.io
We use web push notifications from PushPanda.io. Web push notifications are messages that can be displayed on your device without you having to open the website or the respective app. No unique user data, such as IP addresses or similar information, is stored that could be used to directly identify the user. When you subscribe (opt-in process) to the notification list, only an identification key and the user’s geographic IP information (country and state) are transmitted and stored in the PushPanda.io database. This key is assigned by the respective browser manufacturer (Google, Mozilla, etc.) and enables notifications to be sent to the respective browser at a later time. Notifications are sent directly by the browser manufacturers. If the opt-in for push notifications is revoked (opt-out), all data stored at PushPanda.io is deleted and the identification key becomes invalid. PushPanda.io is a service provided by Project K GmbH, headquartered in Innsbruck, Austria.

Use of Facebook Remarketing
The provider uses the “Custom Audiences” remarketing feature on the website, provided by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). This feature allows the provider to target website visitors with advertising by displaying personalized, interest-based Facebook ads to them when they visit the Facebook social network. To enable this feature, Facebook’s remarketing tag is implemented on the provider’s website. When you visit the website, this tag establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers. As a result, information about which of our web pages you have visited is transmitted to Facebook’s servers.
Facebook associates this information with your personal Facebook user account. For more information on Facebook’s collection and use of data, your rights in this regard, and options for protecting your privacy, please see Facebook’s Privacy Policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
