Children up to 13.9 years of age are exempt from the cross-country ski trail fee. No compensation will be provided for operational restrictions of any kind. No liability is assumed for ensuring that all trails are accessible. For individuals with a disability rating of 60% or higher, a 50% discount is available on cross-country skiing tickets in Osttirol.
Creating a perfectly groomed cross-country ski trail requires a fair amount of work. First, an agreement must be reached with the landowners; then, signage must be installed for wayfinding, and equipment is needed to groom the trail. Trail grooming must then be maintained throughout the entire winter. In addition, the existing trails are sometimes supplemented by time- and cost-intensive snowmaking. By purchasing a cross-country skiing pass, you’re contributing a proportionate share toward the costs of trail preparation. This allows us to continue ensuring our high quality standards .
