The Kartitsch family ski resort can be found in the Tyrolean Gailtal, where the sun perhaps shows itself a bit more often than in the rest of Austria, as it lies right in the south. The ski resort itself is made for beginners to skiing. Three ski lifts with a total of four kilometres are more than enough to get to know the most popular of all winter sports.
