Aigner Badl, on the southern banks of the Drau in Abfaltersbach, has been in existence for over 240 years, making it the oldest rural spa in Osttirol still in existence.

This historic spa was first mentioned in documents dating from 1772. Thanks to a calcium sulphate mineral spring, healing spas are still offered today in this venerable building, which is said to help rheumatism, sciatica, joint pain and wound healing. Right next to the spa a snack station provides hungry hikers and cyclists with drinks and delicious Tyrolean speciality foods.
