Our bright holiday apartment on the first floor offers space for up to 4 guests and is ideal for singles, families, couples, or friends. It features two cozy bedrooms – one with a double bed (two single mattresses), the other with a French bed. The spacious living room invites you to relax, while the brand-new kitchen is perfectly equipped for cozy cooking evenings. A separate dining area ensures social gatherings. The modern bathroom is freshly renovated and equipped with underfloor heating. The sunny balcony offers a wonderful mountain view – enjoy the fresh alpine air and make yourself comfortable. For those who want to stay connected during their holiday, free & fast Wi-Fi is available. If small children are traveling with you, we are happy to provide a baby cot/crib upon request. On special request, you can also book a fifth guest; they would sleep on the couch in the living room.

Additional information

Minimum stay: 3 nights. Price for 2 persons: winter €121 per night, summer €111 per night. Each additional person €20 per night. Children up to 12 years receive a €10 discount per night with 2 full-paying adults. Cleaning fee €40 (one-time).

Parking directly in front of the house is no problem. Arrival by train possible, approx. 1.2 km walk to the apartment. Bus stop to Lienz within 5 minutes. Access via key code, easy check-in/check-out. Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
