At Landhaus Kaulfuss, attention to detail is a top priority. Our unique house offers three individually furnished apartments in a cozy country‑style décor, each beautifully decorated to match the season.

Thanks to its location right next to the Feistritz lift and the cross‑country ski trail, Landhaus Kaulfuss is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable day of skiing or cross‑country touring.

In summer, the colorful gardens, the fragrant herb garden and the refreshing root shower enchant our guests. Here you will find a place of peace and relaxation in the heart of the Hohe Tauern National Park. Switch off, leave everyday life behind and recharge your batteries at Landhaus Kaulfuss.

On 58 to 70 m², the apartments offer plenty of space to feel at home. They feature kitchen-living area, separate living rooms, comfortable double beds, cozy sofa beds, bathrooms with shower and/or bathtub as well as integrated or separate toilets, terraces or balconies and flat‑screen TVs.

For several years now, our Landhaus Kaulfuss has also been officially recognized and certified as a house specially suitable for allergy sufferers.

We would like to enable our guests a check-in between 3pm-4pm. In order to guarantee this, we suggest our guests a check-out between 9am-10am.
