The house has 2 holiday apartments with plenty of space (55 sqm / 98 sqm) in a quiet location on the outskirts of St. Jakob, with a beautiful unobstructed view over the Defereggental and the valley run of the ski area.
The town center of St. Jakob in Defereggen, with shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the ski bus stop, is 600m away and can be quickly reached on foot or by car.
Both apartments are equipped with shower, toilet, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and cable TV; the larger apartment additionally has a living room.
Kitchen amenities: electric stove and cooktop with 4 ceramic cooktops, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Only in holiday apartment 2 additionally: microwave, dishwasher. Freezer instead of compartment.
Bedding and towels are provided.

Non-smoking house, no pets allowed.
Prices plus final cleaning and local tax.
Final cleaning: 50,- Euro
Local tax: 2.60 Euro per day and person

The holiday apartments are available from 2 PM on the day of arrival and can be used until 10 AM on the day of departure.
