Our cosy holiday apartment is set in a peaceful, idyllic location, offering wonderful views of the mountains around Virgen, the village of Obermauern and the beautiful Maria Schnee pilgrimage church.

Arrive and feel at home

Lovingly furnished, the apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. It features two comfortable bedrooms, a welcoming living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a pantry.

Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a baby travel cot are provided. Enjoy the mountain views from the furnished balcony. A private parking space, ski storage with boot dryer and storage for e-bikes complete the facilities.

Discover nature and enjoy the peace

Virgen and Obermauern are perfect for hiking, walking and exploring nature. Our farmhouse is nearby, and guests are welcome to get a little glimpse of farm life and experience the traditions of East Tyrol.

The centre of Virgen is only about a 5-minute drive away. You will find restaurants, an ADEG supermarket, a tobacconist and a farm shop selling local produce. In summer, enjoy the outdoor swimming pool. In winter, there is a small ski lift ideal for children and beginners, a toboggan run and a cross-country ski trail.
