Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called “cookies,” which are text files stored on your computer that enable an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server in the United States and stored there. Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity for the website operators, and to provide other services related to website and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties where required by law or where such third parties process the data on Google’s behalf. Google will under no circumstances associate your IP address with any other data held by Google. You can prevent the installation of cookies by adjusting your browser settings accordingly; however, please note that in this case you may not be able to use all functions of this website to their full extent. By using this website, you consent to the processing of data collected about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes described above.
Facebook Plugin
Our website also contains plug-ins from the social network Facebook. These are operated exclusively by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (Facebook). The plug-ins are identified on our website by the Facebook logo or the word “Like.” When you visit a page on our website that contains such a plug-in, your browser establishes a direct connection to Facebook’s servers, which in turn transmits the plug-in’s content to your browser, where it is integrated into the displayed webpage. This transmits the information that you have visited our website to Facebook. If you are logged into your personal Facebook account while visiting our website, Facebook can associate your visit with that account. When you interact with the plug-ins—for example, by clicking the “Like” button or leaving a comment—the corresponding information is transmitted directly to Facebook and stored there. If you wish to prevent such data transmission, you must log out of your Facebook account before visiting our website. For information on the purpose and scope of data collection by Facebook, as well as the further processing and use of your data there, and your related rights and privacy settings, please refer to Facebook’s privacy policy.
Twitter Plugin
Functions of the Twitter service are integrated into our website. These functions are provided by Twitter Inc., 795 Folsom St., Suite 600, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you use Twitter and the “Retweet” feature, the websites you visit are linked to your Twitter account and made known to other users. Data is also transmitted to Twitter in the process. Please note that, as the provider of these pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the transmitted data or how Twitter uses it. For more information, please see Twitter’s Privacy Policy at twitter.com/privacy. You can change your privacy settings on Twitter in your account settings at twitter.com/account/settings.
