Where is everyone?

Why You Still Have Plenty of Space on the Slopes in Osttirol

Seven ski resorts, around 150 kilometers of slopes, and the freedom of the slopes: No matter which ski resort you choose in Osttirol, perfectly groomed, wide, and mostly sunny runs await you everywhere. You can carve your way down toward the valley for kilometers on end—a rare treat in most ski regions. But here in Osttirol, an open slope isn’t a luxury —it’s a given! So it might happen that you find yourself looking around for the other skiers you saw in the packed parking lot. Where are they all?

They conquer the slopes undisturbed on skis or a snowboard—just as you should. And there’s nothing else to do but feel your own rhythm, the mountain beneath you, the panorama stretching out before you. You don’t have to share your time on the slopes—or the runs themselves, for that matter. One run flows into the next, sometimes easy, sometimes more challenging, so that everyone can find their own spot here—and have it almost all to themselves.

By the way, some ski resorts even carry the“insider tip”label. But anyone who’s explored Osttirol will realize: you wouldn’t want to give any of them away. After all, the wide, enjoyable runs in the Osttirol ski resorts offer plenty of space on the slopes, even in high season.
