The town center of St. Jakob in Defereggen, with shopping opportunities, restaurants, and the ski bus stop, is 600m away and can be quickly reached on foot or by car.

Both apartments are equipped with shower, toilet, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and cable TV; the larger apartment additionally has a living room.

Kitchen amenities: electric stove and cooktop with 4 ceramic cooktops, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Only in holiday apartment 2 additionally: microwave, dishwasher. Freezer instead of compartment.
