Our farm is sunny in Prägraten am Großvenediger, quietly located a bit outside the town center - and yet just about 5 minutes by car quickly accessible. A pleasant mix of retreat and closeness.

There is plenty of space around the house to breathe: a large garden, a cozy terrace, a barbecue area, and the old water trough, just like one remembers from the past. Everything is simple, authentic, and lovingly maintained.

The farm is an ideal starting point for many beautiful tours - whether leisurely walks or larger mountain adventures. And when you have nothing planned, that’s when it’s at its best here: enjoying the quiet, experiencing nature, and just unwinding a little.
