The Villgratental transforms into the perfect place for a family vacation in summer. This natural gem in Osttirol is an ideal destination for families who want to experience summer in a pristine mountain landscape. Winter magic in the Villgratental

Villgratental shows its particularly quiet and unspoilt side in winter. Away from the large ski resorts, families can experience a real, decelerated winter in the midst of snow-covered mountain landscapes.

 

Around Außervillgraten and Innervillgraten, there are numerous opportunities to discover winter together: leisurely winter hiking trails, perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails and small, family-friendly ski areas ensure varied days in the snow.

 

Tobogganing trips to rustic mountain huts are particularly popular with families, where a speedy descent and well-earned refreshments await after the ascent. Snowshoe hikes through snow-covered forests or observing animal tracks in the snow also make winter here a special experience for children.
