Floodlit toboggan run in Defereggental. Alpe Stalle is above Maria Hilf. This floodlit family toboggan run covers 2.8 km. Accessible on foot from Maria Hilf (St. Jakob) in around an hour and in winter on the tractor shuttle. The managed Alpine lodges provide traditional and local specialities for hungry tobogganers, for instance Tirol dumplings, cheese dumplings, filled pasta pockets and for those with a sweet tooth, home-made curd cheese strudel and apple strudel. Open in winter from mid-December to Easter.
