The cuisine of the ambitious kitchen team led by chef Johannes Wendelin is an exciting blend of alpine classic dishes and modern creations. First-class international ingredients are expertly combined with market-fresh, seasonal products from the local area – the result is a fireworks display of flavors. À la carte guests are warmly welcome with a prior table reservation. They can choose from a daily changing menu and popular classics.
