Our hut is located at the high point of one of the most beautiful circular hikes in the Rieserferner - Ahr Nature Park. We recommend the ascent through the beautiful Windtal valley. Starting point is the car park Kasern- nach Hl. Geist (Mark 12 to the hut, approx. 3 hours). Descent through the flower-rich Röttal (Mark 11, approx. 2 hours), past the mining tunnels directly to the Kasern car park.
