In this beautifully restored water-driven mill in Bruggen, in the St.Veit district, grains are milled every week in the summer. Starting from the car park in Bruggen hike slightly uphill to the mill. It is the first station of the themed trail: ‘Life on the steep slopes’, which then proceeds out of the valley across the sunny mountain slope into the remote town of Gassen.
