Delicacies of lamb and sheep, as well as eggs and various types of pasta. Not off the shelf, but lovingly produced and packaged with the utmost care, these are our lamb and sheep products. Whether Schafhauswürstel, Schafkochwürstel, sheep salami or the legendary lamb liver cheese - the small, select delicacies will delight every gourmet. On request, fresh lamb meat is also available.
Our pasta is made from high-quality, regional organic cereals and our own farm eggs, produced in a small, fine pasta factory in the Defreggen Valley, where not mass - but class - counts. In the spirit of sustainability, we also offer unwashed, untreated and unpelleted sheep's wool.
