We have been working with organic farmers in the region for over 20 years and mill our own organic rye and organic spelt grain twice a week. We bake over 25 tonnes of organic wholemeal flour and organic flour into delicacies without the need for chemicals, preservatives or other additives for a long shelf life, freshness and taste.
We use natural sourdough and natural brine and do not use any anti-caking agents or chemicals in order to bake naturally, honestly, sustainably and, above all, incredibly deliciously.
Many food intolerances, skin problems, allergies and illnesses can thus be avoided.
We would be delighted if you had a taste for our freshly baked products 365 days a year - we would also be happy to send them to you if you are not at home in the beautiful Osttirol.
