Our kitchen is a great advertisement for our establishment, where we cook with a lot of love and enthusiasm and are always on the lookout for something "new". Our guests always look forward to our soup creations and homemade cakes and strudel variations.

Our menu ranges from traditional and typical Tyrolean dishes to seasonal delicacies and modern, vegetarian creations - always freshly and heartily prepared, of course. When preparing our dishes, we attach great importance to regionality and therefore mainly use food from our gourmet region. We are also a certified AMA gourmet restaurant!
