We bought the house in 2010 and made it totally new. In 2012 we opened a nice restaurant with a modern kitchen and no-smoker rooms. Upsite there are 4 apartments: Top Tamara and Top Vanessa are already finished in 2015. Top Selina will be visited in June 2016 for the first time. The apartments are with modern furniture and much old wood. There are two floors in every apartment and they are about 100 to 130 m². Six people have enough place to relax.

The prices include heating, water, energy, towels, WC-paper, bed-clothes, W-LAN, parking. You must pay for the dog or other pets, end-cleaning, taxes, bred-service and the washing machine. You need to stay 3 nights and there must be almost 2 people.

Our hotel is located in the center of Kartitsch, a village with around 800 inhabitants that has retained its own character, a typical Tyrolean scattered settlement, to this day. Our house is run by our family and offers you 27 comfort rooms, all with shower, bath, toilet, room telephone and satellite TV. There is free WiFi on the ground floor. In the west wing there is a handicapped accessible elevator. We also offer a small Finnish sauna with a relaxation room and massage bench. Our restaurant and our sun terrace with regional and Austrian specialties are recommended for culinary experiences. In the large dining room there are pictures from the in-house gallery of Prof. Kollreider (academic painter, born in Kartitsch) and for peaceful evenings we can invite you to our "artist room" with an open fireplace. a smaller double room is available, with a shower, toilet and balcony.
