Our apartment is located in the center of Debant and offers ideal conditions for families and those looking for peace and quiet, but also for those who are motivated to do things. Parking spaces are available. 5 minutes by car from Lienz. Bus stop, doctor, pharmacy, sports facilities, shops, inns and pizzerias are in the immediate vicinity. The spacious holiday apartment on the upper floor was newly renovated in 2022. With a roof terrace with a view of the Lienz Dolomites and its own small garden. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with shower and washing machine, separate toilet, bed linen, hand, bath towels and tea towels are available. Each bedroom has a TV with WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, etc
No pets allowed.
No youth groups allowed.

Arrival time is from 3 pm to 6 pm or by telephone arrangement.

We are a young, enterprising family that is always open to something new. We completely rebuilt our holiday apartment with a lot of love in 2022 and finally finished it at the end of December!!!
We are brand new in this category of holiday apartments and would like to offer our guests everything so that they feel comfortable in our house.
