Parking spaces, a laundry room, and storage space for bicycles or ski equipment are available. Directly in the centre of the sunny town of Lienz near the train station. With cafés, bars, restaurants and plenty of shopping facilities. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Children are welcome, and pets are allowed on request.

The flat is in the street with bars and restaurants, so there may be noise in the evening despite soundproofed windows.
