The first-floor-apartment is in a newly constructed wooden building facing south, and has a terrace with an amazing view. There is free parking right in front of the door, a fully equipped new kitchen, a flat-screen TV, a modern bathroom with a big walk-in shower, and two separate bedrooms with wooden furniture.
