The Power of Wild Mountain Herbs

The herbal educator Klara Obernosterer collects her healing herbs in the most remote corners of the Lesachtal valley. Whether on steep mountain meadows, in small gardens, or on sunny pastures – valuable mountain herbs flourish everywhere. In various herb workshops, Klara takes her participants on hikes where young wild herbs, roots, and forest herbs are gathered. Back at her herb house, she then demonstrates how to make different natural remedies that have been used for centuries in the home pharmacies of the Lesachtal valley.
