Our Lesachtal farmhouse bread is baked by Grandma Annemarie herself. Milk, yogurt, curd, cheese, butter, buttermilk, and whey come from our nine cows, which graze on the tastiest and most aromatic mountain herbs in the alpine pastures – you can taste it for sure!
