An artist through and through, he has found his own way to shape Austrian pop into a touching form. Surrounded by a well-rehearsed band, LEMO has been playing concerts across Austria and Germany for years, filling venues. He is cool and approachable, both laid-back and urgently playful, yet clear in every line of text. His first single "Vielleicht der Sommer," which immediately stormed the Austrian charts, paved the way for a whole series of equally successful hits. For his talent in shaping genuine emotions into songs, LEMO was awarded the "Songwriter of the Year" title three times in four years at the Amadeus Awards. From euphoria to melancholy, from loving devotion to the all-encompassing sadness over the end of a partnership: LEMO pours all the moments of profound feeling into songs that become a good friend to the listener as soon as they are heard. All this is delivered with a nonchalant naturalness and his rough, life-experienced voice that captivates immediately.
