Advent Magic in Lienz.

Experience the quiet season at its most beautiful!

On the "Atmospheric Christmas Path," you will discover the magic of Advent: sparkling lights, fragrant herbs, and East Tyrolean hospitality. With city guide Evelin Gander, embark on an exciting "Time Travel" through the festively decorated old town, followed by a brief introduction to traditional smoking at the Wassermann shop, a renowned traditional business right in the pedestrian zone. Next, we will head up to the St. Andrew's Parish Church, the oldest church in the city, and the impressive War Memorial Chapel of local painter Albin-Egger-Lienz. We will then pass through the historic cemetery before returning to the old town for a shared conclusion with mulled wine, tea, or punch at the Lienz Advent Market.
