Concert by the Patrikez quartet

Patrikez is a singer, guitarist, composer, arranger, and producer of his own works. Each song is a microcosm of acoustic colors, light, and shadow. His music connects Latin American rhythms with the Anglo-American songwriter tradition, creating a cross-cultural soundscape full of sensuality.
He comments on his ironic, philosophical, and poetic Spanish lyrics in moderation in German, allowing the audience to dive into his inner world. The concerts become journeys full of sunshine, sea, and southern joie de vivre.

Patrick Henríquez Ussing, known as Patrikez, was born in Copenhagen and grew up in Granollers (Barcelona). At the age of 19, he moved to Austria to study guitar at the Institute for Popular Music in Vienna. There, he played jazz, funk, pop, and rock, incorporating his influences into his own compositions.

With his well-rehearsed quartet, Patrikez will give an open-air concert on 3rd July in the courtyard of castle Bruck, at the invitation of Stadtkultur, presenting new works with English lyrics.
