The newly designed path of the senses offers very good opportunities to explore the species-rich cultural landscape of the Virgen fields on this family-friendly hiking trail. In addition to getting to know various medicinal herbs, independently gathering them, and processing them, we will experience nature's rich offerings with all our senses and understand their significance for the local people over time. The redesigned path provides participants with sensory experiences and opportunities for nature observation.
Barefoot experience Kneipp basin.
Registration until 5:00 p.m. the day before at: www.hohetauern.at
Cost: Adults: € 22.00; Children up to 14 years: € 15.00, including herbal spread.
Meeting point: Village square Virgen, total walking time: approx. 2.5 - 3 hours, elevation gain & kilometers vary depending on the route, difficulty: easy (suitable for families). Equipment: sturdy shoes, weatherproof clothing, possibly snack and drink.
