Wandertour am Heilklimatischen Wanderweg

Together with hiking guide Andrea, we will hike the newly established
Therapeutic Climate Hiking Trail in Niedergail. The tour is scientifically supported by
the physician Dr. Georg Lexer. The tour leads through the Niedergailer Valley up to the Niedergailer Alm.

The culturally shaped landscape of Lesachtal has both
physical (physically) and mental (psychologically) health-promoting effects. During the hike on the
Therapeutic Climate Hiking Trail, Dr. Georg
Lexer will report on the scientific findings regarding the topics Dr. Alm, Dr. Wiese, Dr. Wasser, and Dr. Wald.
