Austria's cross-country elite competes for best times at the Pletzer Resorts Summer Grand Prix
Osttirol will become the meeting point for Austria's roller ski and cross-country elite on 31st July and 1st August 2026. As part of the Pletzer Resorts Summer Grand Prix, two national top events will take place: a spectacular city sprint in Sillian and a challenging mountain roller competition from Leisach to Bannberg.
On Saturday, 1st August, the mountain roller competition will start at 10.00 a.m. in the area of the Alpine Road Pustertaler Höhenstraße in Leisach. The finish line is located at the entrance to Bannberg.
On the challenging course, competitors will have to overcome more than 400 vertical meters with their roller skis – a challenge that demands maximum endurance, strength, and race strategy.
