Qi Gong in the archeological park of Aguntum

For a good start to the day, we will engage in simple, easily learnable Qi Gong exercises with Claudia Cappel. Afterwards, we will visit the museum and its archeological park.

Please bring light clothing and a water bottle.

Duration: approx. 2 hours.
