Festival at the Klapfsee of the folk dancing group of Obertilliach

The folk dance group Obertilliach invites you on August 9, 2026 to the 42nd Klapffest at the mountain hut by Klapfsee in Dorfertal. 

It starts at 11.00 a.m. with a service and afterwards young and old will celebrate all day long with good music from the Deferegger Eagles .

In between, the folk dance group Sillian and the Kothbergtaler Schuhplattler from Lower Austria will showcase their skills. The children's group from Obertilliach will also perform.

Of course, as every year, inflatable boats for paddling on Klapfsee will be ready. There will be plenty of food and drink!
