Please note: You can find all bus and train connections within Osttirol on the route network map. With your Welcome Card you can use the buses free of charge. To travel by train, please buy a regular ticket!

Which Osttirol bus lines can be used free of charge?

You can also use all regional buses and night lines in Lienz without an extra ticket thanks to the Welcome Card:

Important note

The free ride does not apply to:

  • Express bus lines 950X (Lienz-Kitzbühel) and 960X (Lienz-Innsbruck)
  • Hiking buses in Lienz and Herz-Ass hiking taxi
  • Train connections

If you would like to use one of these connections, please buy a regular ticket.

The Osttirol Welcome Card at a glance

  • If you spend at least one night in an accommodation in Osttirol, you will receive the Welcome Card - automatically and free of charge.
  • It will be given to you immediately after you fill out the registration form at your accommodation.
  • The Welcome Card is valid until your departure.
