Discover wild herbs for cooking
Right in front of our door, an amazing variety of edible wild herbs grows. Together with herbalist Marlies Macher, we embark on a journey of discovery and get to know native wild plants such as goutweed, nettle, rose, etc. in a new way.
We learn how wonderfully they can enrich our daily meals with their aromas and valuable ingredients. Together, we will prepare a delicious menu that we will then enjoy in a cozy setting.

Participation in the course is free as part of the LEADER project. For the menu and herbal products to take home, we will collect a contribution of € 12,00.
