The restaurant surprises its guests with innovative, alpine cuisine. Therefore, food that is regionally and seasonally available is used for the preparation. Ideally, they come from organic cultivation and the immediate surroundings. The herbs and fruits that grow in the garden of the Naturhotel Outside are lovingly integrated into the dishes and the bread is also baked in the hotel itself. Jams, syrups and liqueurs are also enriched in-house to ensure a traceable path of the ingredients - as we would like it to be.
