Tomato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

850 g peeled tomatoes, diced (possibly 1 large can)
2 onions, finely chopped
3-4 tbsp. olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. paprika powder, sweet
1 pinch sugar
marjoram, oregano, bay leaf, pepper, salt
Clear beef or vegetable soup if required.

Preparation

Roast the onion in olive oil until translucent. Add garlic, paprika powder and sugar, roast briefly, add diced tomatoes and pour in some soup. Season and cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring several times, season to taste. If needed, extend soup with some clear beef or vegetable soup.
