Steep mountains, unpredictable winds, breakneck downhill routes and raging white water: the "Red Bull Dolomitenmann" in Lienz on 7 September 2024 is one of the most traditional extreme sports events in Europe. In addition to the many hot spots around the Dolomite town, the main square in Lienz will once again be the big show stage this year: the Ö3 Champions Night with live acts and all the stars to touch - with free admission to the main square in Lienz.
12 kilometre mountain run over 2,000 metres in altitude, a paragliding flight from the high alpine start at 2,441 metres into the stadium, 1,600 metres of mountain bike altitude and a total of 32 kilometres of cycling as well as a 6 kilometre kayak regatta with a final 500 metre sprint to the finish on the main square in Lienz have always been the edgy cornerstones of the Red Bull Dolomitenmann. And also taking part again this year: the Dolomite women!
