Snowshoeing in the Hohe Tauern National Park

When it comes to snowshoeing in the Hohe Tauern National Park Hohe, then one question is facile – why did I not explore the National Park on snow shoes much earlier? It is only 10 years ago that the ranger in the Hohe Tauern National Park bought ski shoes to enable guests to get closer to the lovely features of the National Park. An interesting fact by the by, since these days you could no longer imagine winter in this region without snow shoes.

After all, snowshoeing is an activity which is very much in keeping with the Hohe Tauern National Park. How else can you get closer to the unspoilt natural surroundings? How else could you get closer in a more respectful way to this region’s originality? How else could you get closer to tranquillity and the relaxation factor, which such superb natural surroundings promise and do provide? Snow-shoe hiking in the Hohe Tauern National Park Hohe Tauern is, especially on guided snow-shoe hikes with a National Park ranger, is a hike where you get to enjoy the wonderful natural surroundings and observe the animals.
