Porze summit 2.589 m

To get to the summit route to the Porze, start at Klapfsee or at Porzehütte in Hochpustertal’s Dorfertal. From Porzehütte we take route 17a to Tilliacher Joch. A few billets from World War I can still be seen here. On a well-secured via ferrata route on the Italian side, we climb to the summit. Heading back we go via the shorter, equally well-secured via ferrata route to the Porzerscharte and via the Porzerkar. We get to Porzerhütte via the Carnic high altitude trail.
