Our Chef de Cuisine loves the variety as well as the re-staging of local ingredients. Together with his team, he uses ingredients with character, processes it in a traditional way and put taste and creativity in the dish. The result: Alpine and Mediterranean specialties. Supplemented by a vegetarian and vegan dish and flavoured with wild herbs from the own garden.
