Rio Abierto - Workshop

In a Rio Abierto class, creative movements are performed to music without choreography in order to free the mind and activate the body. Through imitation we learn to feel new movements and connect with others. In combination with pausing, meditation and reflection, new spaces are created.

Please bring movement-friendly clothing and a blanket/mat and enjoy experimenting and being curious together. T

he workshop will be led by Christa Plößnig, who was born in Carinthia, lives in Brixen/South Tyrol and has been an enthusiastic Rio Abierto trainer for four years.
