Opening exhibition "Garden of confidence"
The exhibition at the "Galerie in der Mitte" in Hopfgarten i. D. is dedicated to a very special jubilarian: Erich Trost is celebrating his ninetieth birthday this year and can look back on a rich and varied life's work. In addition to traditional blacksmithing, Mr. Trost has always sought artistic and creative challenges. His great talent is to lend form, expression and vitality to brittle metal using various techniques. Craftsmanship, a feeling for form and decades of experience have brought him to the mastery for which he is widely known today.
The Galerie in der Mitte is pleased to present paintings and sculptures from Erich Trost rich life's work in this exhibition.
The opening will take place on 19.11.2022, 19.00 with introductory words by his long-time friend and colleague OSR Bernd Hanser.
The exhibition will then be open until May 2023 during the following opening hours:
Mon, Wed and Fri 15.00 - 18.00
Sat 09.00 - 12.00
