The Christmas market at Punbrugge at the foot of Castle Heinfels once again celebrates its 9th edition this year, as usual, on the first Advent weekend, focusing on traditional crafts and delicacies from the region.

Under the motto "Good from yesterday and today – Art, Culinary Delights, and Culture," elaborately designed wooden stalls decorated with torches and lights transform the area in front of the historic Punbrugge into a medieval atmosphere.
Quality and tradition are at the heart of the offerings.

Around felt, wood, paper, leather, wool, and glass, exhibitors offer handcrafted treasures. Here you will find unique and special gifts.

Culinary delights will not be neglected this day: local specialties such as farmer's sausages with sauerkraut, Strauben, chestnuts, and drinks for young and old from the "Burgschenke" and the "Kirchl" ensure that no one goes hungry.

In a medieval setting, the atmospheric event and the consecration of Advent wreaths are musically framed by a choir and a brass group.
