600m away is the center of St. Jakob in Defereggen, with shopping options, restaurants, and the ski bus stop, easily accessible on foot or by car.

Both apartments are equipped with a shower, toilet, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, Wi-Fi, and cable TV, while the larger apartment also has a living room.

Kitchen equipment: electric stove and cooktop with 4 ceramic cooking plates, refrigerator with freezer compartment. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster. Only in apartment 2: microwave, dishwasher. Freezer instead of compartment.
