The visiting and transportation regulations of the respective providers apply.
- There are no further discounts for students, senior citizens or people with disabilities.
- Not all partner businesses have to be open in the early and late season.
- Each included service can be used once a day, multiple use of the same offer per day is not possible.
- Sports equipment is not included in the price for the lifts.
- Passing on to third parties is not permitted.
- Misuse will result in the card being revoked.
- If the use of an offer is not possible or only possible to a limited extent, it is pointed out that no financial reimbursement can be made.
- No reimbursement in the event of loss, illness, premature departure or the cancellation of one or more offers.
- When the card is issued, the first name and surname are stored in the card system for unique identification. In accordance with the GDPR, this data is only used internally in the system and is not passed on. This personal data will be deleted within one month of the end of the season.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. In the case of a contract for several goods which you have ordered as part of a single order and which are delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you received the last goods.
In the case of a contract for services or for the supply of digital content that is not provided on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period begins on the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but you are not obliged to use it.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from the fact that you have chosen a delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
Repayment will be made by bank transfer to an account to be specified by you (please state the correct IBAN and BIC in your declaration of withdrawal). You will not be charged any fees for this repayment.
We are entitled to withhold the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided us with proof of the return of the goods - whichever comes first.
You are obliged to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you inform us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods yourself.
You are entitled to inspect the ordered goods with regard to their condition, properties and functionality to the same extent as would be usual in a retail store. However, this right of inspection does not include any further use of the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that goes beyond the inspection.
If you have requested that the provision of services be commenced during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount. This corresponds to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time of your declaration of revocation in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed services.
There is no right of withdrawal,
Services can also be purchased from the Osttirol Tourism Association 's experience store. This applies in particular to the purchase of guest cards ("Osttirol Card"), for which a specific validity period must be specified. The purchase of an Osttirol Card via the Erlebnisshop is only possible if the selected validity period begins at the earliest 18 days after conclusion of the contract or - in the case of short-term bookings - if the guest expressly requests that the tourism associationOsttirol begins to fulfill the contract before the expiry of the revocation period.
If the guest makes such a request, this means that the right of withdrawal expires as soon as Tourismusverband Osttirol has started to provide the service in accordance with § 11 FAGG before the end of the withdrawal period and has provided it in full.
In the event of revocation before the complete provision of services by Tourismusverband Osttirol, the guest must pay a pro rata fee (§ 16 para. 1 FAGG). With the transmission of the digital guest card to the guest, the contractual obligations of Tourismusverband Osttirol in terms of the respective terms of use of the guest cards are deemed to have been completely fulfilled.

On the basis of the comprehensive information about the rights of revocation to which I am entitled, I hereby expressly request that the Osttirol Tourist Board begins to fulfill the contract for the provision of services in connection with the Osttirol Card before the expiry of the revocation period in accordance with § 11 FAGG.
I am aware that this request means that I will lose my right of withdrawal upon complete fulfillment of the contract - i.e. upon receipt of the digital Osttirol Card. I further acknowledge that in the event of revocation before full performance of the service, I must pay an appropriate fee corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to this point in time in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed services.
Alternatively, it is possible to purchase the Osttirol Card without such a request for early fulfillment of the contract via the corresponding information offers from the Osttirol Tourist Board.
The Welcome Card, which is issued free of charge as part of a stay in Osttirol, is not affected by such a request for early fulfillment of the contract.
